We suggest at least a 30 day advance booking to ensure that the date you requested is open. A $200
deposit for groups or $50 per person & signed charter agreement is required at time of booking. If the
charter is booked less then 30 days before your date a 50% deposit of the full

charter cost is due at time of booking, remainder due upon arrival. In the event the charter is canceled by the
Captain a full refund will be issued if a re-booking is not possible.. Cancellation's will be accepted up to 14
days before your charter date in writing. Cancellation's must be by registered mail to the address below. If a
cancellation is requested according to these terms a full refund will be issued. All charters cancelled less then
14 days or no-shows will not receive a refund. Charters cancelled due to weather by our Captain and cannot
be rescheduled will receive a full refund. Deposits must be received with signed charter agreement within 7
days to lock in your charter date or you lose the date.

If fuel cost rise to $4.00 per gallon or more, I will have to charge more for the
charter. Depending on the charter, and the distance to the shipwreck this
increase will be an additional $5.00 to $10.00 per person per charter. If any
additional increase is necessary it will be assessed at the dock.
